Taking precautions: coronavirus/Covid-19

At Ike’s Minnetonka the health and safety of our employees and guests are top priorities. As such we are reminding our staff and guests to be extra vigilant amid growing concerns related to the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19) in the US.

What we are doing

  • We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and continue as always to follow public health department guidelines in the operation of this restaurant. We are communicating regularly with our staff to ensure every effort is made to make sure we are up to date on information.
  • We have installed surface sanitizer dispensers in our restrooms.
  • We have additional hand sanitizer packets and bottles for our staff to use.
  • We disinfect all tables, chairs, booth seats, condiments, counters, highchairs and booster chairs with a peroxide sanitizer daily.
  • We wipe all food contact surfaces with a food safe sanitizer continuously throughout each day.
  • We utilize gloves and utensils when handling food.
  • Our staff is trained to wash hands often, avoid touching their faces, and to call in sick if they are not feeling well.

As a small independent restaurant, we rely on our guests and hope you will continue to patronize us. Please note that we offer take out/pick up of most of our menu and use BiteSquad for delivery.

You can also support your local business in this environment by purchasing gift cards for use in the future.

We thank you for your support and hope to see you soon!
